STEP 1
Please send a message via kakaotalk in this format
KR BANK NAME / KR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER / AMOUNT IN KRW / DEPOSITOR NAME (YOUR PREFERRED NAME) *default will be BOBKR

STEP 2
A price quotation will be sent to you via chat and the transaction will only be made when payment is received.
Conversion will be done strictly from KRW -> SGD
For SG users, you can pay in SGD via iBanking / PayNow / PayLah! / Bank Transfer.
For international users, you can pay via PayPal/Wise in SGD.
*Please note that PayPal fees must be covered by you.
STEP 3
The transaction receipt will be sent to you in the chat once the transaction is completed.
You may request us to transfer at a specific timing as well, feel free to indicate your request.
IMPORTANT NOTE
1) If there are multiple transactions, please DO NOT combine. Transfer each transaction SEPARATELY!
2) Any transfers <10,000won will have a fixed service charge.
3) Instant transfer will be done and it will be processed within 10 minutes max (after payment is received)
Please ensure that you’ve sent a message via kakaotalk to confirm the instant transfer is available before processing. BOB_KR has all rights to reject any instant transfer if there’s no confirmation beforehand.
4) For large sum transactions, please inform in advance.
5) NO transaction can be done from 11.30 PM KST – 1 AM KST due to bank closure, thank you!

Bank deposit is NOT accepted
— Overseas: PayPal/Wise ONLY - Cancellation of a transaction is NOT allowed after confirmation.
- Inaccurate amount received will be rejected.
- BOBKR will not be responsible if the account number provided is incorrect which leads to the delay of the transaction.
- BOBKR trusts that all transactions are for personal use.
